If any company guarantees they can completely eliminate pet urine and organic bacteria, then they are completely full of... pet urine and organic bacteria. To even begin to battle urine, you have to put as much chemical into the area as urine. So if a pet urinated in the same spot for 5 years then it would take that amount of chemical to saturate the spot. Do the math, it's simply not possible in most cases without water and moisture becoming an issue to the sub flooring.
Which is why we developed our signature "Flash Dry" program to help combat some of the issues with applying and extracting pet enzyme.
